People

Liam O'Brien (Director) has over 8 years' experience in the financial services industry in roles such as proprietary trader, fund manager, equities/ derivatives dealer and electronic trading manager to institutional and retail clients. Liam held a senior management position at Stonebridge Group, one of Australia's leading brokerage firms overseeing electronic risk controls, systems development and product implementation. Liam has a detailed understanding of the leading trading technologies and vast multi-asset multi-market industry experience. Partnerships with some of the world's major institutions has enabled him to establish client focused trading solutions.

Delan Pagliaccio's (Director) experience in financial services is over 15 years. Continually building on his experience and expertise Delan has held directorships and RM positions with the likes of ANZ, E*Trade, Asandas Limited, IC Markets and Blue Fin Capital. As the head of dealing and derivatives at E*Trade, Delan managed one of the largest retail derivatives books in Australia for almost 10 years. It was in this role that Delan gained invaluable experience in order execution, risk management, margin management and platform construction. Delan is currently a member of the SAA and the Institute of Company Directors.
