Regulation

Global Prime holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) to conduct financial services business within Australia. AFSLs are a requirement of every business providing financial services and ensure that businesses are held to a high standard with respect to security, information and trade practices.

What is an AFS Licence?

An AFSL issued by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), a third party government body, is evidence Global Prime is competent at providing the services it offers and has sufficient financial resources to continue to operate at the highest level of quality.

What it Means to be Regulated

Regulation provides security and peace of mind to clients in ensuring that their relations with Global Prime are protected by industry minimum standards. In order to obtain an AFSL, businesses must provide evidence that they are competent to carry out their business operations, that they have sufficient financial resources to operate their business and comply with nationally set standards for training, insurance and dispute resolution.

Being held to a high standard by a third party ensures that Global Prime remains committed to ongoing training and continues to comply with national guidelines for quality and authenticity of services.
